I’m currently on Synthroid and want to take Thryoid energy pills. I want to know if it is okay to take them at the same time. Here is a link to the Thryoid Energy Pills

Thanks in advance.
I’m not sure your doctor would suggest taking that at all, but it should be okay to take it with your Synthroid. Calcium, iron, and soy supplements should not be taken until 4 hours after your Synthroid.
Am away to start taking vitamins, omega 3 capsules etc and some other supplements. What are the best cheapest tablets? Am willing to spend a small amount on decent ones so am not looking for the cheapest if they are rubbish! Is there perhaps some sort of comparison tables? Thanks
Eat a balanced diet which includes at least your 5 a day and skip the supplements.
Hi John, a good diet, regular exercise, healthy lifestyle and plenty of sleep can give you a lot more energy than you would normally have.
Around 3 hours exercise a week spread over as many days as suits you. Give up cigarettes and drugs and limit alcohol. Ensure you have a well balanced diet giving you alll the nutrients your body needs. Drink plenty of water so your body is always well hydrated. Aim for 8 hours sleep a day. Try to stay happy and limit unnecessary stress.
Apart from eating spinach, apples and bananas along with smoothie juice, ive got a terrible diet. Just eat junk food cos I cant stand healthy foods. Apart from taking A-Z vitamin tablets, what else should I take? Should I also take cod liver and omega 3 tablets or are these both the same? Thanks
Keep going with the spinach, apples and bananas along with smoothie juice and lose the useless vitamin tabs.
I’ve quit drinking, trying to quit smoking and now I’m exercising regularly, but sometimes i need a little boost to get me started. I’m getting tired of energy drinks cuz the caffeine lasts too long after the work out.
I’m looking for something healthy, or made mostly from vitamins and plants for an energy boost.
I heard that some vitamin pills are good, but i’m not sure what kinds to use.
I saw a bunch of shakes, and energy powder things at the Drug Store, but i dunno what to get. I just want it to be healthy and not so much like sugary pop.
Any energy drink is going to last well over a couple hours. You’re best bet is to take vitamin B. That’s the most natural and healthy way to obtain energy.
