I don't know what I CRAVE for a hang over, but I know what works. A goody powder and Gatorade. Something to do with the stuff in Gatorade that rehydrates you. As a rule I don't drink Gatorade…too salty or something. But, me and alot of others I know use Gatorade for a hangover.

Had a REAL bad hangover once a few years ago, and just the thought of food made me want to throw up. I took a Goody Poder and drank a Gatorade and felt MUCH better.

Ceviche – SERIOUSLY. This is premium RAW white-flesh fish (or other seafood) marinated in citrus juice, usually lemon and/or lime and a little salt. It normally has onion and tomato, and some kind of fresh parsely or cilantro. Sometimes it includes bell pepper. The acid of the citrus juice "cooks" it, like vinegar does to herring. The fish must be excellent, and the citrus must be acidic, and it has to marinate. A bowl of ceviche is just what your body craves when it needs a blast of nutrition.
