I take, Multivitamins, Calcium and Cod liver oil (Omega 3 etc).
Is there anything else i could take what would be a great advantage to me and my body? I’m 13, and im just wondering. Im a guy btw. And don’t be silly and say "OH TAKE STEROIDS" lol. Anyway. Is there anything like immune support or anything like that? Or anything what increases your energy etc. Thanks
