I mean, the recommended dose for mine is 4 er day max, 2 at each time. I wanted to know what are the limits to taking energy pills a day and what happens if you exceed those limits? Detailed explanation, please?

Like all energy pills, most are packed with caffeine. So similarly to downing several cups of coffee in a short period of time, you will feel very jittery and your heart will race. Too much caffeine for prolonged time (such as drinking energy drinks and taking aderoyl throughout college) may cause heart problems in the future.

For a normal adult, a cup of coffee or 2 cups of tea per day is not health damaging.

the Poison control said if it was a mild to moderate caffeine overdose i should be over it in the next 2-3 hours, but i did not tell them i did it at 10:30 this morning almost 6 hrs ago, i told them that my chest hurt a little and was not hungry and felt sick.and dizzy..

What should i do, she said if it was a bad caffeine overdose i should go to the doctor.

sounds like caffeine poisoning.
if you feel that bad, go to the emergency room.

Is this true? how many sleeping pills? what kind of sleeping pills? how much energy drinks? what kind of energy drinks?

It probably depends on your tolerance to that kind of thing.
Like, some people get drunk off 1 drink, but some take 20 to get drunk.
…this is a slightly disturbing question…i wouldn’t try it if i were you. Sounds lethal.

I really want to start exercising regularly. Recently I’ve joined a gym to take boxing classes but the only time I can attend is the 9AM class. It is VERY hard to make myself go. I was wondering what can I do to get a little more energy and not dread the classes. I’m not sure if energy pills would do the trick.

with the removal of ephedrine from over the counter supplements there is no legal way to get that extra boost.

i have been addicted to percocets which help with the energy n take energy drinks all day n coffee..i am quiting this time for good n need help with getting natural energy?

congratulations for quitting. All these things you are consuming are very damamging to your heart so its awesome that you are quitting. Now, as with quitting substance abuse, it’s going to take time for your brain and body to get back to normal. First you will feel tiredness from the withdrawals and as the withdarawals ease up you will stll be tired from your body going through the detox process. Do not despair cause the good news is that your body is an amazing machine that is able to clean and heal itself as soon as you stop putting those harmfull things in so you will notice the benefits and after a few weeks will start to feel a lot better an look better too, The first 2-3 weeeks are the hardest so hang in there …Now for natural energy you need to look at helathy foods such as vegetables nuts and grains and juices. Onnce the caffeine and stuff is out of your system your body will begin to recognise the healthy foods and drinks as its energy source and you’ll feel the benefits.
