most of my friends or fellow gym members think supplements like whey protein are filled with steroids and it damages kidneys etc …and they are not aware of the fact its a milk based product ,even if i try to educate abt them,they seem to ignore it
they don’t believe those sources on internet like (bodybuilding.com),even nutritionist and gym trainer aren’t recommending whey protein

Well it’s their loss, they can stay puny while u get swollen. I used to.argue with this.person in my muay thai class about nutrition and i just gave up eventually. A year later i packed on about 20 pounds of lean muscle mass and they’re left wondering how I did it.

I take a vitamin and omega 3 fatty acid pill everyday. What about you?

I lost a big amount of weight in a small amount of time, leaving me with a lot of extra skin. I talked to someone at Complete Nutrition and they told me they could fix me up with something that shrinks fat cells.. Would that work? Cuz I don’t wanna waste my money on something if it don’t work.

don’t do it the best option is to exercise it tightens skin and it costs 0 dollars.


Fiber and probiotics….

I take, Multivitamins, Calcium and Cod liver oil (Omega 3 etc).

Is there anything else i could take what would be a great advantage to me and my body? I’m 13, and im just wondering. Im a guy btw. And don’t be silly and say "OH TAKE STEROIDS" lol. Anyway.
